This section details the Terms and Conditions associated with this purchase. By agreeing to this, you consent to the below:
- Purchasing of the selected plan (Be12 Classic, Be12 Silver or Be12 Gold) as choosen by you for use by your church directly and not using the same as a third party service.
- The plan provides you with services as described in our website www.be12.app, and is subject to change without prior notice when so necessitated by law or other reasonable factors beyond our control.
- Use of service is subject to realisation of payment. This is a pre-paid service, and the subscription fee for each cycle has to be paid on or before the expiry of current active period.
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as per your need. When you upgrade, you will need to pay the difference of plan fee on a pro-rata basis. However we will not be able to offer refunds on downgrades, as all applicable fees are paid upfront during set-up.
- Fair use of the system and contents provided, by not attempting to tamper with or attempting to reengineer the system, or in anyway trying to alter the functionality or performance of the system.
- You will be responsible for all data uploaded by you into the portal. Living Spring Digital will have no control over or access to data of your memberships or financial transactions.
- All content will uploaded by you only when you have the IPR / DRM for the videos, audios or text content posted.
- Any disputes pertaining to the above will be directly handled by you, as Living Spring Digital offers this platform as a service and you will be responsible for the content.
- The above clause does not hold good for content provided by Be12 App as a service, for which Living Spring Digital owns either content or rights to use or both.
- Irresolvable Disputes, if any will be handled under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Madras, Chennai.
